DIRECTIONS
Turn right off the A66 Scotch Corner/Penrith road at the B6277 signposted Barnard Castle. Continue to traffic lights at the County Bridge and follow the road straight on to Cotherstone (signposted). Go through the village and over a bridge. Thwaite Hall is 200 yards up on your right.
